Polk Place is in Franklin, TN. This neighborhood was built out over 10 years, from 1995 until 2005. They are all brick homes with small yards that are nicely landscaped. Many of these homes are built by custom builders so the houses are not all the same. There is a nice diversity of interior style in this neighborhood. They have sidewalks and a neighborhood pool.
