Polk Place is in Franklin, TN. This neighborhood was built out over 10 years, from 1995 until 2005. They are all brick homes with small yards that are nicely landscaped. Many of these homes are built by custom builders so the houses are not all the same. There is a nice diversity of interior style in this neighborhood. They have sidewalks and a neighborhood pool. They don’t require all the homeowners to pay for the pool upkeep, so there is an annual joining fee for those who want to swim. Currently it is $195.00. The neighborhood is conveniently located off
Mack Hatcher Parkway near Hwy 31.
The shopping area, Parkway Commons, is about a mile away. Parkway Commons features a Kroger, Target, Panera Bread, Chilis and the favorite of my children – Chick-Fil-A. It is a few miles from downtown Franklin and 15 minutes to Cool Springs.
You can find out more information about the subdivision from those who live there at www.PolkPlace.com.
