The December 2011 sales numbers for Williamson County showed an increase in volume of houses being sold from December 2010. The number of houses closed in January in Williamson County are already more than January 2011 and we still have a few more days to get them registered as closed in the multiple listing software. It has been a busy winter in Williamson County and in the Greater Nashville Area which has also shown an increase in volume over the year before.
