Westhaven continues to be one of the most interesting neighborhoods in Franklin. Like the rest of the market, it has seen its ups and downs. Starting at $300,000 and going over $1 million, they all have interesting elevations and private yards, with varying degrees of upgrades in houses and yards. Even the lower end starts at the beautiful side of upgrades – lots of hardwood floors, granite and millwork. There are new construction and resale homes. Both are selling – the better prices are often on the resales. New Construction will be available in Westhaven for a long time, but the resales are set into mature trees and finished yards. Both have their advantages.
