Moores Landing Subdivision in Franklin TN is relatively new and convenient to most of where you need to get to in Franklin. Houses were built from 2004 to 2006 by Newmark Homes. They are all brick. Most homes in this subdivision have granite countertops and attractive solid wood cabinets in the kitchen. Most homes have a master down and they are either 3 or 4 bedrooms. The yards here are small. This neighborhood is fashioned after the New Urbanism style where the houses are on small lots and there is some common space in the neighborhood. Moores Landing has 2 Boulevard Style roads in the neighborhood that have grassy areas in the middle, creating a spacious feeling in the fronts of the homes. All homes have a 2 car garage, some front facing and some with alley access.
This subdivision is zoned for the Franklin Special School District for K-8, http://www.fssd.org/. Moore Elementary is right next to the subdivision and is perfectly located for walking children to school. The High School for Moores Landing is Centennial High School, www.wcs.edu/chs. This will not be changing with the upcoming zoning changes.
4 homes have sold in Moores Landing in 2010. This neighborhood only has about 75 homes. Home values have strengthened here during 2010.
